Physical Therapy
Orthopedic Physical Therapy is a medical science dealing with correction and prevention of movement disorders of the skeleton and it’s supporting structure (muscles, ligaments, tendons, cartilage, and fascia). We work to resolve the root cause of imbalance, injury, and weakness with full body assessments, hands on muscle testing, musculoskeletal manipulation, and other integrated methodologies.
Following your initial assessment, your physical therapy protocol will begin. Our team of highly skilled physical therapists will provide you with a continuum of care that includes exercise prescriptions and the support of movement specialists who understand your unique needs.

Movement Specialization
You will also have the opportunity to work with movement specialists who will take your physical therapy protocols to the next level of care. With their guidance, you will learn how to use muscles properly to enhance your recovery and performance. To ensure you are always improving, they will also regularly screen you during sessions and identify faulty movement patterns before they become full blown injuries.
If you don’t need physical therapy, you can work with your movement specialist to achieve better performance and become more knowledgeable about your individual mechanics and strength. Private classes and fitness instruction will be choreographed specifically to help you achieve proper alignment, balance, and strength.
Ergonomics
To maintain proper alignment and prevent re-injury, we will assess your work environment and provide guidance on how to arrange your workspace to meet your unique needs. This includes recommendations for standing desks, better seating, and desk equipment.
