Meet the Team
Stephanie Leaf, DPT | Founder & Director
Stephanie blends her specialization in Manual Orthopedic and Osteopathic Physical Therapy (DPT) with her training in both Pilates (CPI) and Ergonomics (CES). She believes that the optimal way to rehabilitate, strengthen, and support the evolution of the body is through integrated methodologies. Doing so ensures two things: (1) that all systems of the body are considered during the healing and recovery process, and (2) that each client receives customized care from the beginning.
