Neck therapy offers headache relief
Study finds exercise and manipulation often reduce need for medication
Recent research out of Australia looked at people with chronic headaches stemming from the neck, called cervicogenic headaches.  The researchers found that all treatments significantly reduced headache frequency and intensity and reduced neck pain, as compared to those who did not have therapy, with sustained improvement one year later.
